Wallsend Explorers celebrate Burns Night

The Wallsend Explorers spent the evening celebrating the life of the Poet Robbie Burns. Thankfully Stuart was on hand to oversee the cutting of the Haggis and read the traditional blessing.

Whilst Haggis isn't everyone's choice of food, there were a few positive mutterings from around the table.

The meal was followed with thr traditional poetry reading and the odd toast or two.

Then on with the washing up! Who reckons we should add Haggis to the camp menu?
